In addition to the SERTICA website, you can also manage your maintenance through the SERTICA app.
The app can be used on both tablets and mobile phones. Furthermore, the app allows you to use SERTICA offline.
The app can be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store.
The first time you open the app, the configuration guide will be displayed:
Tap the “Next” button.
After that, this screen will appear in the configuration guide. Enter the following:
- Set the server address to the same SERTICA web address that you use on your PC (without https://).
- Enable “Use HTTPS”.
- Tap the “Next” button.
- Enter your username (the same as on your PC).
- Enter your password (the same as on your PC).
- Tap the “Next” button.
The app will then synchronise with SERTICA. This synchronisation may take a few minutes, as data for all components, spare parts, etc., must be downloaded. Once the synchronisation is complete, the app will take the user to the job list page. The app is now ready for use.
Note
Before you start using the app, it is important that you have user permissions for it. Permission to use the app is granted in SERTICA by the administrator in your company. This permission is required in order to log in to the app and ensure it functions optimally.
