Job Requests

It is now possible to generate a custom Analytics Template from Job Request Template.

Users who should receive an email when a job request is created can now be set up on a job request template.

Procurement

Fixed an issue in Calculate Purchase Order where the total value was calculated incorrectly. Two problems were resolved:

- Discount column type restored: The discount column was mistakenly changed to an Amount column in a previous release, causing incorrect discount handling. It has been reverted to a numeric (percentage) column.

- Delivery costs calculation fixed: Delivery costs were incorrectly included in each individual position total. They are now correctly added to the overall total after all position totals have been summed.

Requisition Position grid performs better when adding multiple Items at once. 

Invoice Changelog screen was not working. Is corrected.

Vessel Reporting (VRS)

When creating a new report, user will now be prompted for the report date as a first step. This is to ensure we have the data when running initial calculation, validation and integration scripts. 

When entering 'd' in a date field, it now respects offset, and sets the value to now, according to offset. 

Added missing timezone offset values.

Other corrections

If you have customer-specific master data fields added with dependencies, the field values were previously deleted when they were hidden. This could result in unintentionally deleting data when, for example, modifying a dropdown menu. This has now been fixed so that values must be removed manually before they are hidden, and are no longer automatically deleted.

Better handling on full text search on numbers. 

Scanning of Component QR codes improved in mobile layout. Will be added in the app in next release.

Sorting the JobHistory grid on Job details page could lead to bad performance. Is corrected. 

On Component overview the markers was not always places correctly. Is corrected. 

If an image was added on an Item in the Item Group Structure, the image kept showing when changing items. Is corrected. 

Searches with Less Than or Greater Than on dates, could sometimes include a day too much. Is corrected. 

If the site can't start, there is now a link to our status page https://rinadigitalsolutions.statuspage.io. 

If you had a Dashboard Content based on an Analytics Report, and you added fields to the report, then the new fields where not shown when editing the Dashboard Content. Is corrected, so new field are shown.

Performance of Component changelog has improved.
